Nemcy Duran
President / CEO
With over 25 years of experience in the Health Care industry, Nemcy wears a variety of hats that have allowed her to remain a Long-Term Care asset to countless facilities and the worldwide Health Care community. She provides consulting services for a multitude of facilities and is also the owner of Duran Consulting Services, Inc where she mentors new and seasoned nurses.

Nemcy's invested time in creating / maintaining stable facilities as a Director and training hundreds of MDS practitioners a year is rooted in her vision of a well-trained, safer, and compliant industry.
